In the past two or so months, I’ve immersed myself in the world of Apache Lucene and Elasticsearch. I wanted to share the knowledge I’ve gathered and have distilled it in less than 20 slides. It’s intended for anyone interested in starting to use Elasticsearch and understanding how is it so fast compared to relational databases, when it comes to text search.
